Success Hill that neighborhood between Lord Street, Guildford Road and the Swan River having as a major feature the Success Hill Reserve, shown above. The Park has three sections the formal with its displays of Aboriginal culture and gatherings in this area, a natural bushland section and a river frontage with access.

Historically it was a place where the various Noongar tribes could meet in peace as well as one where early settlers stopped to collect water from a spring. Today a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of life.
